I just found bacon in my fridge that expires in June. Is it safe to eat?
It looks good and was always refrigerated. Also, is still in the vacuum sealed packaging.
Logical conclusion is to have a vote, even though it is even older now.

It’s probably OK. The date is just a recommendation. If it hasn’t been opened and has been refrigerated, it’s really OK to cook up and eat.

Since it’s still sealed, it’s good to eat. Bacon goes bad when the air hits it, over time.
