Vacuum Sealer, bags, homemade?
My bf and I are moving across the country (2,600miles) and we are only taking one car and a top carrier for it. I would like to vacuum seal all of our clothes, blankets, towels, etc in vacuum bags storage.
Is there a good way to make my own vacuum seal bags, maybe out of big garbage bags?
Has anyone ever done this, or used the already made ones to get more room in your car?

you can get some heavy duty bags and cut a small hole in it and use your vacuum if you have the attachments. use the attachment that is round, suck all the air out and make sure you have some really strong tape to cover the hole up.

Try heavy duty matress bags. Suck the air out and there you go.
